Viva Herb Farm is a new flower essence supply from the Toodyay region of Western Australia. Produced exclusively for Arnica Montana from plants growing naturally on a hilly property, the essences are a remedy for respiratory, circulatory and digestive problems. They are also well-known spiritual healing agents, with documented beneficial effects on many emotional and spiritual problems.

The essences are made from flowers from a variety of plants and trees. Because the property has scatterings of pink, white and clear quartz on the surface, it is associated with a healing energy. Many of the plants are collected from the Meridian lines (the Earth’s grid lines). The essences created from them promotes an interchange of energy between all living things.

The historical uses of the plants, where possible, have been studied and their applications incorporated into modern use. Their use by Aboriginal people is also incorporated when known.

Essences are applied to the base (groin area), sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye (centre of forehead) and crown chakras at the beginning and end of each day. They may also be applied to acupressure points and other areas of the body where there is pain or distress in conditions such as headaches, liver problems, muscular aches and cramps. Whilst dosage strength may also be applied to the chakras and accupressure points it is best taken as drops under the tongue.
